Sergia joined our team in 2026 as an Administrative Assistant, helping ensure client requests and administrative processes move smoothly. Based in our Saint-Lambert office, she works closely with our administrative team and portfolio managers to simplify the wealth management experience for our clients.

Before joining TWM Group, Sergia spent nearly 20 years in the financial industry, in roles spanning advisory support, implementation, and, especially, client service. Known for her analytical mindset, strong sense of organization, as well as her kindness and contagious smile, she enjoys bringing clarity to complex processes and making things easier for the people around her.
