Lunch with Ben Bernanke

On Wednesday December 14, 2016, PIMCO Canada hosted a Q&A event with guest Ben Bernanke, former Chairman of the United States Federal Reserve. Ben Bernanke, two time Fed Chairman (First term started on February 2006 and ended in February 2014 when he was succeeded by Janet Yellen). Two years ago, Ben Bernanke joined PIMCO as senior adviser where he provides his thoughts on his economic outlook and views.
The event entitled “A Discussion with Ben Bernanke” included Marc P. Seidner, Portfolio Manager at PIMCO, as the moderator. We had the opportunity to attend and felt a synopsis of the discussion would be of value to readers.
