G4H 2019: Help us raise funds for children’s causes

As in years past, it is our pleasure once again, to participate in The Games for Hope Foundation’s Corporate Sports Benefit Tournament.

Every year a dedicated group of volunteers puts together this large corporate multi-sports tournament to raise money for deserving children’s causes. They anticipate having close to 1,500 participants, volunteers, colleagues, media partners, family, and friends come out to this amazing event from Montreal’s corporate community and beyond. The Foundation is 100% volunteer-based.

This year, the 16th Annual Sports Tournament will benefit:

On Saturday, June 15th, 2019, in fierce yet friendly competition, corporate teams will battle to be the winners in one of 5 sports: ice hockey, ball hockey, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. This year’s event is being held once again at the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard (where the Montreal Canadiens practice).

Children’s causes have always been dear to my heart, but this year, I became a father for the first time in November 2018 and these causes now hold an added dimension of meaning. I cannot imagine having to cope with the additional challenges faced by the families and children these amazing charities are so very committed to serve. This year, I feel privileged to play volleyball on the Total Wealth Management Group/HollisWealth team to help raise money for these wonderful causes.

Since 2001, this event has raised over $2.3 million for charities that help children. This year’s goal is to net $500 000.

My personal goal for 2019 is to raise at least $10 000 through my friends, family, suppliers, colleagues, and other contacts. To sponsor me online and to learn more about the event, please click to access my fully secure fundraising page.

Any donation, big or small, is very much appreciated.

Please email me if you need us to provide a donation request form (usually for corporate donors) and please include my assistant, Tessa Wong, as a recipient; her email address is tessa.wong@twmgroup.ca.

Thank you for your wonderful support.
